According to Israeli labor law, a pregnant woman cannot be fired from her job due to her pregnancy, no matter how long she has been employed for.
A pregnant woman who has been employed at her place of work for at least 6 months may not be fired for any reason at all, without a permit from the Ministry of Economy.
